. Members of this network grow and process fine products with much enthusiasm, and use original methods. They will welcome you to authentic locations where you’ll be able to see, sample, smell, touch and learn about the flavours and the know-how of their art.
Within the region, there are four circuits from which to choose:
- L’éveil des sens [awakening the senses] (Portneuf and Jacques-Cartier)
- Québec, capitale gourmande [Québec City, the gourmet capital]
- Le parcours de la Nouvelle-France [a journey through New France] (Côte-de-Beaupré)
- L'île d'Orléans, terre de tradition [tradition in the soil].
With such a rich ‘terroir’ in the region, each circuit offers businesses in different sectors of food production: cheeses, ciders, ducks, chocolates, gourmet specialty oils, etc. The selection is as extensive as the imagination of the most discerning gourmet.
