EASTERN TOWNSHIPS

In the Eastern Townships, each parcel of land conceals an abundance of high quality produce. More than 60 producers toil the land, orchards, vines and maples to produce the freshest and most genuine products possible.  Why discover the Eastern Townships?

Because here, you can taste the joy
Brome-Missisquoi is a very bountiful area. The region knows the art of living in agro-tourism as clearly seen in its famous Brome-Lake Duck, the quality of its wines and ice ciders. Sixteen wineries invite you to visit the Wine Route and enjoy the fruits of their labour. Travel over 140 km of pastoral landscapes, interspersed with guided tours of the wineries. Consult the interactive map to see the complete list of wineries so that you can plan a delicious excursion in the Eastern Townships.

Because here, you can smell the joy
The Memphremagog region is renowned for its art for cultivating exquisite aromas. Lavender is the new featured star, providing both visual and olfactory delights. Discover this versatile plant in fields of blue, as far as the eye can see at Bleu Lavande in Fitch Bay. You can even make your own soap creations to bring home at Savon des Cantons, Savonnerie OIivier or Savonnerie des diligences. Are you familiar with the benefits of hemp? Make it your new best friend at CHANV–La feuille verte in Sainte-Catherine-de-Hatley. Come and savour regional products at Le Seigneur des Agneaux farm.

Because here, we cultivate joy
Discover the Coaticook region that moves to the rhythm of its agriculture. Wander through villages where 9 to 5 doesn’t exist and where the sounds of animal life are ever present. Coaticook offers visitors delectable products: juicy apples,  berry-based apéritifs, dairy products, and maple products to satisfy any sweet tooth. In Stoke, the Miellerie Lune de Miel reveals the secrets of the honey bee.

Life is beautiful and offers a multitude of sensory pleasures. Plan your itinerary or choose from the many agro-tourism circuits.

Because the Eastern Townships… is the place to BE!
